Application

No matter what event you organize, conference or incentive trip, the mobile application will help you. Not only replaces the paper guide to the event, but also allows for quick and direct communication with participants.

Branded application

You can have your own unique application, for a single event, a series of events or for any number of events that you organize. The name and appearance of the application is what you specify, and only participants of your events and persons supporting these events can use it. The application is available in Google Play and Apple App Store, and at the same time it may work as a web application, available from any web browser. The mobile application can be used on both smartphone and tablet.

Ready for use application

We have also two ready to use applications, that you can use any time you want. For travel events use Travel app (install from Google Play or Apple App Store), for any other event use Event Info app (install from Google Play or Apple App Store). Those applications have exactly the same functionality as branded applications, and the only difference is the name and icon of the application.

Low costs

Building your first application (within one company/organization) is free of charge and no initial costs for using generic applications.

No fixed fees or subscriptions.

The basic settlement takes place for each event, and the cost depends on the amount of data (content, photos, files, etc.) saved in the event and real number of application users in the event.

Variety of content

Each event is different and requires an individual approach. You decide how many and what content should be available in the application for a given event, building it from various modules:
  • text content
  • multimedia galleries
  • agenda / calendar
  • places and maps
  • forms and quizzes
  • lists

For each event, you have a range of visual adjustment options like colors or different types of content presentation.

Participant interaction

You don't have to limit yourself to information content only, you can also interact with participants using interactive application modules:
  • various forms, e.g. registration form, satisfaction survey, contact form
  • quizzes that can be used for fun, contests or knowledge checking
  • voting, in which participants make choices and the results can be presented in real time in the application
  • a multimedia gallery in which photos and videos can be sent by both the event attendees and participants - an easy and quick way to share multimedia e.g. from a trip or conference

PUSH messages

You can send free messages to event participants that use system notifications (like other applications, e.g. a mail application informing about a new email). This message is great if you need to inform participants about changes in the event (e.g. an updated agenda) or ask to complete the survey.

Access control

Application users must sign-in to access data of the event, with multiple sign-in options:
  • anonymous access code that is to be used by all participants of the event
  • an individual access code that is generated for each participant
  • an individual account that the user creates by himself
  • an individual administrator account that will be used by persons supporting the event and organizers

In an application dedicated to single event, signing-in can be optional, e.g. in case of conferences.

Features for persons supporting the event

Persons supporting the event (e.g. organizers, pilots or guides) may have an access to information about the event (e.g. a detailed calendar), but also additional features:
  • access to participants' data such as phone number, hotel room number or disease information
  • identifying participants using NFC
  • checking the presence of participants
  • sending messages to participants

Real-time updates and offline support

All changes that you make in the content of the event are updated in real time in user applications. However, if users do not have access to the Internet, the application works in offline mode, and after rejoining, the changes will be automatically synchronized.

Self-service

To quickly and effectively manage the application, you and your coworkers get access to the administration panel, in which you setup the event and edits all the data.
